Jamanasin Lodge is situated in the south-west of Costa Rica at Peninsula Osa. In the same area as the National Park Corcovado which has lots of hills and forests. The geografic location is;

Jamanasin Lodge lies approximately 140 meters  above sea level.

Price - Quality relation;
At Jamanasin Lodge You get some Western luxury for a tropical price.  The rooms have electricity and hot water and are big enough for three people (also see menu item "Cabinas").

Small but nice;

Jamanasin Lodge is a small lodge with 4 rooms. Because we are small, you don't have to

stand in line for anything and you won't "submerge" in the crowd.

As a guest at Jamanasin Lodge, you get the attention you deserve.

Cooperation with local guides;

Jamanasin Lodge cooperates with certified, local guides which speak the English language (also see menu item "What to do"). 

How to reach us;

Coming by car, from San José you take the Interamericana nr. 2 direction San Isidro de el General. At San Isidro you take the exit Dominical and travel along the coast, direction Palmar Norte. When you arrived at Palmar Norte, again take the Interamericana nr. 2 but now direction Ciudad Neily. Arriving near Chacarita you will see a gas station, here you turn to the right direction Puerto Jimenez. Once at Soda Ericka you turn right again and after 200 meters you have arrived at Jamanasin Lodge.

Roadsigns are placed from the gas station at Chacarita.

You can also reach us by taking an inland flight from San José. The flight will take you

from San José to Puerto Jimenez in 1 hour.

We offer the service of picking you up at the Puerto Jimenez airport. Picking you up and bringing you back to this airport costs only $ 25,--.

Please be aware of the fact that on this inland flight the luggage amount (weight), is limited.
